My goal was to identify the issues that users faced when seeking training, courses, and workshops.

Knowing the problems faced by users is really important in determining the direction of the project. In addition to the users surveyed, I have experience of having difficulty finding events with a professional profile that I exercise.

Persona

In the researches developed, I identified two profiles of users with different consumption needs of events, workshops and courses. Users who are seeking to improve their skills and knowledge. Second behavior is the users who have not identified opportunities to improve their skills.

Jobs To Be Done

We know that LinkedIn is the largest social networking platform focused on jobs, networking, learning and professional content. It helps millions of professionals every day around the world to improve their career and to develop skills and knowledge, in addition to clearing up a new job.

On the platform there is a large number of information related to the profile of skills, courses and training of the user, collaborating with the intelligence of data to offer the appropriate event for him, be it by description, geolocation, interest and searches.

This is an opportunity that goes beyond the user’s vision, is a business focused on the value proposition of Linkedin Navigator, Elevate, Advertising and Education, offering the best experience for the B2B public.

Strategy
